Sevikas selected to attend SSV should remain full time during the Varg. Sevikas should arrive and register at the venue from 2pm onwards on Sunday 1^st August 2010. Sevikas attending and staying overnight should be 13 years of age. Sevikas who are 12 years of age by 23^rd July 2010 will be allowed to attend and stay overnight at SSV but will remain in Prathmik varsh (first year) for two years. Sevikas must be attending regular shakha and have attended at least one vibhag or local overnight varg.

This year we will be joining Sangh SSV in Lutterworth for the Samarop on Sunday. The transport from Leicester to Lutterworth has been organised so we will be leaving Leicester on Sunday at 10am. Sevikas returning by car must be collected by their families from Lutterworth. Those going back by public transport will be dropped at the station by transport team.
